Accounts Receivable Officer (SSC-APAC)

Job Summary
Prepare and verify inter-company and customer invoices to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions. Monitor customer accounts, generate reports, and follow up on collections to support healthy cash flow. Collaborate with credit management and SSC teams to resolve queries and assist in month-end closing. Allocate customer payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate records. Contribute to process improvements and support ERP system implementation to enhance efficiency. This role supports a new Shared Services Centre in Kuala Lumpur established to finance operations across the APAC region. Permanent employment with a 13th month salary, meal allowance, and comprehensive group insurance coverage is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Minimun Bachelor's degree or diploma in accounting & finance, or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting and customer service, preferably in a shared service environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- strong skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
