Job Summary
Manage administrative tasks for allocated lifestyle resorts, including setting up resident files, processing rent and utility invoices, and handling site fee receipts. Prepare compliance documentation such as rent increase letters, breach notices, and tribunal applications while overseeing rent arrears and dishonours. Support general operations by managing banking, mail handling, and resident inquiries, ensuring accurate financial records across the resort portfolio. This full-time position requires a proactive approach with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administration or accounts-based role in a high volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with property management or accounting systems
- A National Police Clearance
- This role is available for an immediate start
