Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Officer responsible for accurate and timely management of cash management and accounts receivable activities. Key duties include reporting and month-end activities, preparing debt and banking reports, performing daily bank reconciliations, applying payments in Aurora, resolving discrepancies, maintaining debtor records, following up with stores to resolve outstanding balances, liaising with internal/external stakeholders to resolve account discrepancies, ensuring compliance with payment terms, and contributing to ERP and POS system implementations. Required skills include experience in accounts receivable/debtor management, process-improvement mindset, attention to detail, proficiency in Oracle, Fox, and Microsoft Office 365, and strong communication and organizational abilities.
