Accounts Receivable Officer

Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Officer responsible for producing and distributing invoices to Air North’s account/agreement customers originating from cargo, ticketing, and ground handling activities; reconcile AR subledger to the general ledger; perform daily revenue processing; process write-offs and journal entries; conduct credit checks on new customers; review overdue accounts and suspend accounts as per policy; contact customers for collections and respond to inquiries about charges and billing; run refund reports and issue accurate refunds daily. Requires minimum Grade 12 and a diploma or degree in accounting or equivalent experience, plus at least 2 years of AR accounting experience; must be legally entitled to work in Canada. Strong sense of accountability and customer-service orientation; aviation experience is a nice-to-have; multilingual benefits and travel perks offered by Air North. Required Qualifications
- Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Diploma or degree in accounting field or equivalent experience
