Job Summary
Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, applying manual payments, generating aging reports, and reconciling customer accounts. Record routine journal entries and bank transactions, process AR and credit card payments, and assist with month-end closings and account reconciliations. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data while collaborating with team members to support departmental initiatives. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 1–2 years of experience in accrual-based accounting. Candidates must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in an accountant role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–2 years of experience in accrual-based accounting, including AR, journal entries, month-end close, and bank reconciliations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
- High attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and dependable
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
