Job Summary
Director-level AR Market Leader responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and strategic direction to AR Leads and AR Resources across multiple Ensign Markets. Partners with Operations leaders to drive positive AR trends, implements and monitors accounting initiatives, and oversees hiring, training, and performance management. Requires strong healthcare billing knowledge (CMS SNF Consolidated Billing), advanced Excel and data analysis skills, and the ability to coordinate across multi-site operations. Will engage in acquisitions and CHOW-related coverage planning, ensure policy and system alignment, and travel 50–70% in the Pacific Northwest (Seattle, Portland, Boise).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or related Healthcare field
- 5 years relevant financial and managerial experience
- Expert-level user of PointClickCare and the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to design and manipulate Pivot Tables using data warehouse applications
- Ability to design and deliver professional quality meetings and training programs
- Understanding of contractual language and billing scenarios
- Fluent expertise in SNF Consolidated Billing regulations as defined by CMS
