Accounts Receivable Manager (or Senior Manager)

Manage the full Order to Cash lifecycle, including contract validation, invoicing, cash application, collections, and credit management. Drive collections strategy and DSO reduction through aging oversight, escalations, and close partnership with Sales and Operations. Lead dispute resolution, root cause analysis, and the development of customer credit policies and risk assessments. Deliver AR reporting and analytics on DSO, aging, forecasting, and bad debt trends while leading process improvement and automation initiatives. This role is part of a service-based, project-driven environment where experience with complex billing across multiple service lines is essential.
