Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Manager responsible for overseeing the full AR function, including invoicing, cash receipts, collections, credit limit management, account holds, and related customer financial activity. Collaborates with Sales and Operations to resolve payment issues, prepares weekly/monthly AR and collections reports, reviews credit limits, and supports month-end close and annual audits. Requires an Associate’s degree (or equivalent) and 2-5+ years in AR/collections, preferably in manufacturing/distribution; proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office; strong analytical, communication, and process-improvement skills. Based in Fort Worth, TX, with consideration for remote US candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2-5+ years of accounts receivable, collections, or general accounting experience preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or multi-location environment is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of AR processes and collections practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills, work ethic, and self-driven
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
