Job Summary
Lead and mentor the Accounts Receivable team of six to ensure timely cash receipts, accurate bank reconciliations, and customer refunds; own the HighRadius automation rules and system integrations to maximize automated cash application; manage AR for 20+ operating companies and collaborate with billing/invoicing, credit, and collections teams; drive performance metrics, SLA compliance, workload balancing, and process improvements; oversee merchant services portal support and IT collaboration for data/software issues; require 5 years of AR experience and 5 years of managerial experience, with a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; hybrid schedule after training with four onsite days and one remote day per week, onsite in SeaTac, WA; not eligible for relocation; compensation range $100,000–$120,000 with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years accounts receivable experience
- 5 years recent managerial experience supervising direct reports, including assigning work, coaching, and performance feedback, within the last five years
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with high-volume, multi-entity shared services environment (preferred)
- Workday ERP and HighRadius software experience (preferred)
- Transportation experience (preferred)
