Job Summary
Oversee and mentor a six-person AR team to ensure customer service meets service level standards, manage cash applications, bank reconciliations, and customer refunds, partner with billing/invoicing and credit/collections teams, own HighRadius automation rules and Workday Financials integrations, and drive process improvements in Lynden Incorporated’s fast-paced shared services environment. The role offers a stable, family-owned culture with a hybrid schedule after training, and is based onsite at SeaTac, WA.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of accounts receivable experience.
- 5 years recent managerial experience supervising direct reports, including assigning work, coaching, and performance feedback, within the last five years.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
