Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Summary
Oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable Department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of receivables, maintaining internal controls, and driving continuous improvement across AR processes and systems. Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of AR managerial experience overseeing an AR staff of 5+, knowledge of accounting standards and principles, and proficiency in general ledger reconciliations, MAS 500, and Oracle NetSuite. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration is required. This is a full-time role with hybrid remote work and a casual attire environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration
- at least 5 years of AR managerial experience
- overseeing AR staff of 5+
- knowledge of accounting standards, conventions and principles
- experience in general ledger account reconciliations
- experience with MAS 500 and Oracle NetSuite
