Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Lead at Nespresso (Nestlé) in Crawley on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll lead day-to-day accounts receivable activity across customers, ensure timely cash collection, resolve account queries, monitor higher-risk debt, support credit limit decisions, and drive month-end processes. Key duties include managing overdue accounts, reconciliations, supporting sales teams and service partners, handling subscriptions and recurring payments, directing credit risk reviews, and coordinating debt collection and internal controls. Requires strong AR and credit control experience, excellent communication, and advanced Excel skills; IFRS9 knowledge and experience with credit risk/workflow tools are desirable.

- Experience in accounts receivable and credit control
- Strong financial controls awareness
- Ability to manage high-volume workload with accuracy
- Cash allocation and unallocated payments resolution
- Experience with service partners, sales teams and external agencies
- Independent work ethic and prioritization
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Advanced Excel (PivotTables, lookup) and Office Suite
- Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Commercial awareness of AR impact on business
