Job Summary
Process customer invoices, apply cash, and manage collections in SAP S/4HANA while maintaining accurate general ledger records and supporting month-end close activities. Prepare journal entries, accruals, and provisions, and reconcile AR and GL accounts to ensure compliance with Indian tax laws and global standards. Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve operational issues, support process stabilization, and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or General Ledger accounting
- experience within a shared services or multinational (MNC) environment
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems
- Strong understanding of Indian tax regulations (GST, TDS) and compliance frameworks
- Sharp attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- ability to take ownership and work independently
- Confident communication skills
