Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Coordinator responsible for processing daily cash receipts and invoices, posting and reconciling payments, performing remote deposit preparations, contacting clients on past-due items, and preparing reconciliation schedules. Requires handling JD Edwards processes (Auto-Receipts), managing unapplied cash and over/undercharged accounts, maintaining client communications, and supporting AR-related month-end activities. Strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with collaboration across Lease Administration, Accounting, and Property Management teams. Salary range $55,045–$70,000 with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent education certificate required; Associate’s degree in accounting or business management preferred.
- Prior experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing or Collections.
- Knowledge of JD Edwards accounting software desirable.
- Proficiency in Word Applications.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Detail oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team.
