ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE & COLLECTIONS MANAGER

Ensure accurate posting, documentation, and compliance of receivables payments while depositing all checks. Prepare AR aging reports, collection forecasts, and bad debt analysis to drive timely resolution of outstanding balances. Lead communication efforts for corporate and casino accounts, develop strategies to reduce delinquency, and recommend write-offs. Resolve billing discrepancies, provide win/loss statements, and maintain a structured log for audit and legal requirements. Coordinate with external counsel on escalated accounts and prepare documentation for legal proceedings. Balance guest service with financial controls while analyzing recovery statistics to enhance cash flow.
