Accounts Receivable Collections Analyst

Manage a high volume and diverse customer portfolio to ensure timely collections, reducing past-due balances while maintaining positive relationships. Review AR aging reports to identify delinquent accounts, conduct collection calls, send correspondence, negotiate payment arrangements, and resolve billing discrepancies. Process invoices via EDI, document all activities within the ERP system, and collaborate with Sales and Accounting teams to resolve payment issues. Provide reporting to the Collections Supervisor and assist with year-end audits. Identify opportunities to improve collection processes and account management practices.
