Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst

Job Summary
Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst responsible for managing cash flow by monitoring outstanding receivables across multiple revenue streams, conducting proactive outreach to brokers and marketplace partners to resolve balances and negotiate payment arrangements, developing AR aging reports and KPIs, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve receivables issues and support ERP-related enhancements, and preparing recurring/ad hoc finance reports. It requires strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment. Preferred experience includes NetSuite and High Radius, plus background in sports and entertainment ticketing or marketplace technology environments.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years experience in an Accounts Receivable or Collections role
- Strong understanding of AR processes, cash application, and collections strategies
- Experience with MS Office suite (Excel)
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote first environment
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent relevant work experience
