Job Summary
Manage daily banking and cash allocation to provide collections teams with up-to-date customer balances for the Telecom and Fuel divisions across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. Resolve timely queries with colleagues in Fin Ops, A&FC, and country teams while maintaining accurate sales ledgers for bad debt reporting and write-off policies. Prepare for monthly ledger reviews, conduct complex ledger investigations, and support bank reconciliations. Re-process R-DD campaigns and credit notes while building effective relationships with internal stakeholders. Communicate risks clearly and answer complex ad-hoc queries to support business growth plans. This fast-paced role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize deadlines.
