Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Clerk in the Finance department supports payments processing, reconciliations, bank reconciliations, month-end close activities, and audits, while assisting with invoicing, collections, and journal entries. Requires a post-secondary accounting-finance credential and 3+ years of related experience; strong communication, confidentiality, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and accounting software (e.g., MS Dynamics, AlayaCare) are essential. The role involves coordinating deposits, processing preauthorized and credit card payments, and contributing to year-end / audit preparations; based in Toronto, Ontario, on a full-time temporary basis.
Required Qualifications
- Post-Secondary degree/diploma in an accounting-finance program
- 3+ years related experience in a similar role
