Job Summary
Process cash receipts including checks, ACH, wires, and credit card payments while applying them to open invoices and maintaining deposit records. Create invoices for storage, rent, and other customer expenses, then perform collections activities through aging reviews, statements, and follow-up. Reconcile customer accounts to resolve discrepancies, answer billing questions, and coordinate dispute resolution. Assist with month-end and daily banking reports, including credit application requests. Requires 2-3 years of Accounts Receivable experience, advanced Excel skills, and a high school diploma. Associate degree preferred.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with cash application, reconciliations, collections, and customer accounts
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- High-volume transaction processing and 10-key proficiency
- Team-oriented with strong work ethic and reliability
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years Accounts Receivable experience
