Job Summary
Conduct daily cash postings and bank deposits for three pharmacy locations, maintaining accurate deposit files and downloading 835 remittance files into Pharmacy Software. Reconcile daily cash deposits against bank reports, resolve posting discrepancies with customers, and perform month-end reconciliations between Sage software and bank statements. Manage Third Party Reimbursement software, archive old remits, check for unpaid items, and run reports for insurance cash forecasting while processing customer credit card payments. Full-time on-site role in Williamsville, NY, with days shifts from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business/Finance/Accounting
- 1-3 years of professional office experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Highly accurate data entry skills
- Self-motivated with ability to effectively solve problems
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Work and Outlook)
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level

- Bank Teller Expereince is a plus!
