Job Summary
The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for the collection and maintenance of all charge accounts in accordance with company policy. Key responsibilities include processing customer payments, monitoring accounts for non-payment, organizing recovery efforts, and completing monthly and quarterly closing statement processes. The role requires excellent communication skills for customer interaction and effective collection actions. Ideal candidates should be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and have a good understanding of business operations.
