Accounts Receivable & Billing Manager

Accounts Receivable & Billing Manager to lead end-to-end AR and billing across a multi-entity, PE-backed platform. Responsibilities include overseeing invoicing, cash application, collections, account management, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of billing in alignment with contracts and milestones. Will act as a hands-on leader (player/coach) to drive process standardization, improve cash flow, reduce DSO, and scale operations across sites and acquired entities. Key duties include AR operations, cash application, reconciliations, dispute resolution, credit analysis and risk management, setting credit limits, and monitoring exposure; driving collections strategies; month-end close and reporting; collaboration with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and IT to optimize ERP functionality and reporting; and coaching and developing AR/billing teams across locations. Qualifications emphasize ERP proficiency, experience in manufacturing or multi-entity environments, and ability to operate in a high-growth, decentralized setting.
