Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Associate role (Part-Time) responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, resolving past-due balances, and collaborating cross-functionally with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service, and Sales to reduce aging and bad debt. Duties include maintaining accurate account records, documenting collection activity, and communicating with customers via phone and email to identify payment solutions. Requires strong customer service orientation, solid communication skills, and proficiency in Word/Excel; bilingual English/Spanish a plus. On-site roles across multiple IL/WI locations with a focus on timely collections and relationship-building.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset
