Accounts Receivable Associate - Part-Time

Accounts Receivable Associate (Part-Time) at Uline. Responsibilities include managing an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, resolving past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions, and collaborating with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt. Requires high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong customer-focused communication skills. On-site with multiple Wisconsin and Illinois locations (Pleasant Prairie, Milwaukee, Waukegan, Glenview, Kenosha). On-site culture with pre-employment drug screening and EEO/AA/Vet/Disabled guidelines. On-site hours include 15–20 hours per week.
