Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Associate responsible for business-to-business collections, payment status inquiries, researching payment discrepancies, applying cash receipts in SAP, preparing daily/monthly/quarterly reports in SAP and Excel, and obtaining shipping documents from freight carriers in a manufacturing environment. Requires reliable communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree and/or comparable years of related experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts
- SAP experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication, math aptitude, analytical and problem solving skills
- Data entry with high level of accuracy and speed (10 key)
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
