Job Summary
Address and resolve high volumes of customer inquiries via email and phone while investigating delinquent receivables to collect outstanding balances. Maintain and update customer contacts within the billing system, initiate credits and adjustments with correct ledger coding, and develop strong rapport with customers and internal business owners. This full-time role requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 2+ years of similar experience, and proficiency in Oracle and Excel.
