Job Summary
Sort, distribute, and process incoming mail, including opening and totaling incoming cheques for daily reconciliation. Conduct accurate data entry of daily cash receipts, prepare daily bank deposits, and maintain thorough backup documentation. Maintain and report on the head office petty cash box, process credit applications for new customer accounts, and provide relief coverage for daily customer invoice posting. Reconcile daily point-of-sale transactions and accept POS payments across all payment channels. This role requires a Grade 12 diploma, previous accounts receivable experience, and proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Monday to Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with a competitive salary and 5% RPP match.
