Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Associate bills customers for daily orders, issues credit memos or refunds, follows credit policy, handles tax procedures, processes daily deposits/payments, reviews orders for potential fraud, verifies credit card processing, maintains NetSuite customer data, assists credit manager with past-due collection calls, and uses tools like Dun & Bradstreet, WAWF, Exostar, and CyberSource. Requires a 2-year Accounting degree or equivalent, strong computer skills, attention to detail, excellent time management, and strong verbal/written communication with a customer-service focus. Located in South Burlington, VT; in-person role with Flow Control Group/Instrumart, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits program.
