Job Summary
Process customer invoices and credit memos, generate accurate billing entries, and record payments via checks, ACH, or wire transfers. Monitor aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts, and reconcile payments against general ledgers while managing past due balances. Assist with internal and external audits, month-end close, and dispute resolution with sales and logistics teams. Ensure adherence to AR policies and internal controls while delivering collections based on metrics.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree
- 1 to 3 years' experience in a similar role

- U.S. Person status (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, or political asylee)
- compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
- US Passport
- Permanent Resident Card
- US birth Certificate
- Naturalization Certificate
- Maintenance, including renewal, of licensing authorization
- Government authorization
- Ability to competently perform all the essential duties of the position
