Job Summary
Process customer invoices and monitor incoming payments in SAP S/4HANA to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation. Resolve account discrepancies, support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, and maintain compliance with tax regulations and internal controls. Collaborate with Sales, Controlling, HR, and IT departments while contributing to the standardization of AR procedures across Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Italy, and Switzerland. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding AR transactions. Requires 1+ year of AR experience, proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and MS Office, and strong attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting, or business administration
- 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting
- Strong attention to detail
- Affinity for numbers

- Good communication skills
- Structured and independent working style
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Good English skills (written and oral)
