Job Summary
Call US insurance companies to verify claim status, payment details, and follow up on unpaid or denied claims. Analyze denials to drive resolution, document call outcomes, and update patient accounts in the billing system. Escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed while maintaining HIPAA compliance and meeting daily productivity targets. Requires strong English communication, analytical skills, and willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST) in Malad W.
Required Qualifications
