Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Analyst responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely collection of payments, posting and applying cash transactions (ACH, wire transfers, checks), researching payment discrepancies, and performing credit-related tasks to maintain a high-quality receivable portfolio. Key duties include auditing, posting daily cash, reconciling bank and third-party platforms, resolving unapplied/duplicate payments and billing discrepancies, processing AR adjustments, monitoring sub-ledger activity, generating chargeback/unapplied cash invoices, preparing recurring AR reports, managing the department’s receivables inbox, supporting the credit evaluation process, handling invoice/statement requests, and assisting with external audits and month/year-end closing. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP S/4HANA AR modules, strong data-entry and analytical skills, excellent communication and customer-service abilities, and high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Work schedule is on-site in the Morrow, GA office Tuesday through Thursday with remote work on Monday and Friday; limited travel (~5 days/year).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Prior experience in AR, or general accounting preferred
