Job Summary
Manage daily accounts receivable transactions by reconciling accounts, ensuring correct cash application, and processing credit memos in the ERP system. Serve as the primary customer contact for outstanding invoices, resolving queries and following up on overdue payments to secure timely collections. Review customer credit deductions for accuracy and maintain precise documentation within AR systems. Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Operations teams to drive reporting and process improvements. Support collection activities across Mexico, Latin America, and the Caribbean to ensure accurate billing and excellent service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills in English and Spanish
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
- Willingness to have executional responsibility for the territory
