Job Summary
Manage daily accounts receivable activities by executing cash collections against payment terms, processing claims and deductions, and reconciling credits. Minimize overdue invoice balances through prompt retrospective chasing and partner with sales to manage customer ledgers. Ensure effective processing of deductions and timely communication with relevant functions to recover cleared or outstanding balances.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in accounts receivable or with a background in finance
- Excellent knowledge of SAP
- A very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Good analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Able to understand the wider business context
