Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Analyst responsible for day-to-day collection activities within an assigned customer portfolio using the GetPAID AR application, performing reconciliations, negotiating delinquencies, resolving inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Works closely with sales and operations to monitor shipments, assess creditworthiness, minimize bad debts, and support AR reporting. Requires experience in credit/collections, strong Excel (pivot tables, formulas, XLOOKUP), basic accounting knowledge, and effective communication. On-site role in Hudson, NH.
Required Qualifications
- A.S / B.S in Business with minimum two years credit/collection experience preferred; candidates without an Associates should have five years credit/collection experience
- Experience with credit and collections – manufacturing industry preferred
- Two years credit/collection experience
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, x lookups)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience with collection and dispute management solution platforms; GetPAID knowledge a plus
- Must be able to multi-task
- Onsite position in Hudson, NH
