Job Summary
Manage the billback process, validate End of Day and Month End tasks, and provide support for invoice questions from customers and suppliers. Process EFT payments, handle confidential information, and resolve discrepancies while managing reports. This role requires a strong understanding of financial information, strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to problem solve quickly. You will work from the Kalamazoo Headquarters Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. The minimum compensation is $24.50-$26.75 per hour, determined based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent education and experience) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- 18 years of age or older
- Strong financial acumen including an understanding of financial information
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong analytical skills and numeric ability
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and efficiently while remaining calm and professional
- A demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and assess priorities effectively
- Sense of urgency and attention to detail while working within deadlines
- Must possess superior communication and customer service skills, confidentiality and professionalism
- Self-starter with a high productivity level
