Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Analyst responsible for complex financial, administrative, and clerical services, ensuring proper review, timely processing, and communications of all billing and collection. Analyze accounts receivable, apply collection policies, and recommend accounting treatment for delinquent accounts; perform daily processing of financial transactions; maintain AR aging and reconcile customer accounts; monitor past-due items and contact customers via phone/email; carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities to deadlines; support month-end/year-end close and aged receivable reporting; collaborate with supervisor to resolve issues and exceptions.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of accounts receivable or collections experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economic
- Advanced written and verbal English
- Highly proficient with MS Office software – intermediate level in Excel
- SAP knowledge is desirable
- Must be extremely detail-oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate across many organizational levels
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills
- Must possess a high energy and sense of urgency
