Accounts Receivable Accountant

Manage the full order-to-cash process for assigned business divisions, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time. Post daily check, ACH, and wire payments, apply receipts to client accounts, and prepare bank deposits while tracking miscellaneous receivables. Partner with Operations and advisors to complete billing processes, support client setup and account maintenance, and monitor overdue balances to research payment discrepancies. Prepare past-due accounts receivable reporting, perform month-end reconciliations, and assist with merger, acquisition, and lift-out integrations. Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen controls within billing workflows. This role offers work-from-home flexibility two days per week following orientation.
