Job Summary
Accounts Payments Specialist based in our Dublin head office (Swords, Co. Dublin mentioned in description) within the AP & Finance Team. Responsible for managing and controlling the payment process across multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction contexts, performing compliance checks on subcontractor payments (including tax and social welfare), issuing payments per company guidelines, administering payment approvals via DocuSign, managing RCT notifications and creditor reporting, ensuring correct VAT treatment across jurisdictions, coordinating with IT for ERP link validation, and generating the payment calendar. Requires a flexible, detail-oriented approach with the ability to meet daily deadlines in a regulated environment. Strong Excel and IT skills, excellent communication, and team collaboration are essential. Hybrid/remote-friendly arrangements are available.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a high-volume Accounts Payments function
- RCT experience
- Strong accounts experience
- Strong IT skills
- Proficiency in Excel is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Fluent English
