Job Summary
Accounts Payable Team Leader at Komatsu — 7-month fixed-term contract based in Rutherford (Hunter Valley) office. Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, oversee Concur expense management, manage bank disbursements and approve non-payroll payments, collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors, drive continuous improvement across AP, vendor management, and employee expense processes, and prepare reporting to support decision-making. Lead a finance/AP team with a focus on policy compliance, controls, and cross-functional collaboration. Suitable for a seasoned finance professional with leadership experience, SAP exposure, and experience with Concur; office-based role in Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading finance/AP teams in high-volume environments
- Strong background in Accounts Payable, expense management or corporate services
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- SAP experience preferred
- Exposure to Concur or similar systems
- Strong reconciliation, reporting, and financial controls knowledge
