Accounts Payable Team Lead

Job Summary
Lead and monitor the Accounts Payable team’s deliverables; provide technical guidance; participate in maintenance of AP processes and procedures; resolve supplier queries and complaints related to AP; ensure accuracy and completeness of AP entries by team members; act as the first point of contact for audit requests relating to AP processes; perform monthly reconciliations, AP account justifications, and other MEC activities; assist in implementing process upgrades to improve efficiency; support team members to achieve a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related area
- Proven team-leading experience
- 1-2+ years of proven knowledge in Accounting, preferably in an international environment
- Good Excel skills and proficiency with SAP would be an advantage
- Proficient in the English language
- German language is a bonus
