Accounts Payable Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervise accounts payable staff, including hiring, performance reviews, and succession planning. Prepare statistics and reporting to ensure compliance with schedules and metrics. Provide daily direction and training to maintain coordination, accuracy, and quality in both internal and external customer service. Review policies to implement standard methodologies, improve internal controls, and ensure SOX compliance. Make accurate decisions on AP processes and lead continuous improvement projects to eliminate inefficiencies. Perform special projects and ad-hoc reporting as required. Requires an advanced degree plus three years of experience or a bachelor's degree plus five years, with supervisory experience in AP or related financial operations.
