Job Summary
Accounts Payable Supervisor responsible for overseeing Accounts Payable staff, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, maintaining internal controls, and supporting financial reporting. Leads training, performance evaluations, and process improvements, liaises with vendors, and ensures compliance with procedures. Requires a community college diploma in accounting and at least 3 years of accounting/AP experience; proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word).
Required Qualifications
- Completion of community college business administration diploma with a concentration in accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of accounting and all aspects of accounting procedures, preferably accounts payable.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access and Word software).
