Accounts Payable Specialist

Manage high-volume, full-cycle accounts payable for multiple entities and locations, supporting month-end close by ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing. Reconcile vendor statements, follow up on missing invoices, and process employee expense and mileage reimbursement reports per policy. Investigate and resolve invoice, purchase order, pricing, and payment discrepancies independently while providing documentation for year-end financial audits. Collaborate with Purchasing, Receiving, Finance, and other departments to identify root causes and implement solutions. Work directly with vendors and internal teams to maintain a safe working environment. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Requires 5+ years of AP experience, proficiency in ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics GP and NetSuite, and a bachelor's degree preferred.
