Job Summary
Process payments with accuracy, reconcile vendor statements, and correct discrepancies by researching and coding invoices into the accounting system. Coordinate documentation and approvals with corporate and field operations groups while communicating with vendors to resolve open issues, disputes, and inquiries. Perform heavy volume data entry and maintain basic knowledge of the GL chart of accounts. Work independently to meet deadlines during monthly financial closes or as part of a team, prioritizing activities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of SAP Concur required (Expense, Invoice & Admin)
- Associate degree in Accounting or Business – related field
- 2+ years Accounts Payable/ Accounting-related field
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
- Basic knowledge and understanding of accounting principles/practices
- Flexible schedule during monthly financial closes
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, or as a team member
