Job Summary
Accounts Payable Specialist responsible for processing vendor invoices and rush check requests. Responsibilities include reviewing and validating invoices via Concur, assigning invoices to approvers, researching and resolving coding errors, obtaining W9s from vendors, liaising with vendor management, and responding to inquiries about invoice and payment statuses. Collaboration with business units, branches, and vendors to obtain information as needed. Preference for Mortgage industry experience and a Bachelora0a0Degree. Onsite role based in Irvine, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Accounts Payable
- Experience using Accounting Software such as AMB, Concur, etc.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar field or Bachelora0a0Degree preferred
