Job Summary
Experienced Accounts Payable Specialist needed on a contract basis to manage accounts payable processes and support financial operations during a temporary leave.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related financial roles
- Proficiency in Sage 100 software
- Strong understanding of invoice coding, account coding, and check run processes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams
- Knowledge of financial compliance standards and practices
