Job Summary
Accounts Payable Specialist responsible for high-volume invoice processing for Red Bull entities across the United States, including invoice coding, vendor setup, payment execution, and supporting the AP close. Works cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors; monitors RPA-assisted processing, troubleshoots exceptions, and identifies opportunities to expand automated processing. Requires 3+ years AP experience, SAP or similar ERP, advanced Excel, W-9 knowledge, and contract review. Hybrid work arrangement in Santa Monica, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years Accounts Payable experience
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Working knowledge of W-9 forms and tax classifications
- Experience reviewing contracts in relation to invoice processing
