Job Summary
The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage Accounts Payable responsibilities across multiple locations, which includes developing inventory reports, creating and analyzing credit memos, conducting bank reconciliations, researching outstanding AP variances, and communicating with branches and vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely invoice payments. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and analytical capabilities while demonstrating effective communication skills.
